Part of the success of the Thistle Class can be attributed to our strict enforcement of one-design concept. Each new boat owner is asked to measure the boat. You can download the measurement certificate and tips for getting the job done. (Or request preprinted forms.) You will need a skipper of a registered boat to help and then send two signed copies of the measurement forms along with $10 to the class secretary. Boats must be registered (measured) and dues paid before they are eligible to compete in sanctioned events.
